About Us
We are More than a Tree, a non-profit organization from Germany and Indonesia. We dedicate our work to nature conservation and the well-being of all people. Together, we seek solutions to effectively stop the ongoing destruction and pollution of nature on the Indonesian island of Sumbawa and to restore our ecosystems.
It all began in 2020 with Eco Project Wane, our first reforestation project on Sumbawa. Since the beginning of 2023, we have been collaborating with the Indonesian non-profit organization Yayasan Dunia Anak Alam in implementing our reforestation and environmental education projects.

Our team is made up of a diverse group of visionaries and dreamers from different cultures. We share the conviction that drastic changes are needed in the way we treat the environment. This conviction brings us together on our journey towards a sustainable and fair future.
