About Us
We are More than a Tree, a newly founded non-profit organisation. We dedicate our work to nature conservation and the well-being of all people. Together we seek solutions to stop the ongoing destruction and pollution of nature in an effective way and restore our ecosystems.

It all started in 2020 with Eco Project Wane, our first programme on Sumbawa. Since the beginning of 2022, we have been a recognised non-profit organisation in Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia, operating there as Yayasan Pulau Hayati Lestari.

More than a Tree is our parent organisation, which creates its own programmes and collaborations with local initiatives.

Our team is made up of a diverse group of visionaries and dreamers from different cultures. We share the conviction that drastic changes are needed in the way we treat the environment. This conviction brings us together on our journey towards a sustainable and fair future.
